The entire process was so simple with your guidance. I tend to be high anxiety, but I really don’t remember feeling overwhelmed during the process because of how well organized all of you were. There was always direct communication and quick feedback, even starting from my initial inquiries before I signed a contract. Also the whole mortgage, signing, lending process was pretty easy, which seems crazy now! Ha. You helped to answer all questions and were transparent through the whole process. So trustworthy!
The ability to customize the design was my favorite part! I have a lot of styles I like for home interiors and decorating, and Christi and Michele were so patient with me. You both were so so helpful in choosing my “lane” as you liked to describe it! And then once we chose, you really got on board with me. Your partnership meant the world!
You also were very open to my recommended customizations! And didn’t make me feel crazy or bothersome. I purchased corbels and accents, and I drew out an idea of the kitchen cabinet layout I wanted. Instead of this being seen as annoying or a nuisance, you were very supportive! It was all a bit different from some of the templates or previous designs you had done, but your cabinet and woodworker made my dream come true!! It is still my dream kitchen. And I receive compliments quite a bit! Not to my own credit - but all credit to you and your team. Your woodworker also incorporated my corbels into the custom kitchen vent hood, the island designs, and the fireplace mantel. These small touches of personalization mean the most to me and transformed my home from just a house to a haven of my own designing, which was only possible because of your support.
I am still in love with my home to this day, and if the opportunity comes for me to move further north to Houston, I am praying that you guys expand up that way so I may be able to design with you again.
